with a SOMA Computer, Inc. service contract, your organization will
be supported via helpdesk, dial-up support services as well as on-site
support services to will ensure quick response and avoid "down
time".
Through the use of third party service organizations
we provide hardware maintenance for your remote locations as well.
SOMA Computer, Inc.'s strategic relationships with leading network
communication manufacturers gives us direct contact with their technical
service representatives and access to their technical repositories.
This allows us to provide our clients with an elite level of service
and expertise that is hard to match. Our Technical Services offer
you the comfort of knowing that your investment is well protected.
Warranty and Maintenance - SOMA Computer, Inc.
will provide maintenance support services to for the installed LAN
and honor the manufacturers' warranties for the manufacturers' warranty
periods. This service normally includes the depot repair of hardware
components.
Further, the manufacturers' warranties do not
cover the cost of on-site spares or replacement parts. The warranty
period will commence after System Acceptance. Existing components
that are not covered under a maintenance contract are handled on
a time and materials basis unless otherwise accommodated.
